After reading your book, we are truly impressed! It gave us insight into not only the physical part of endurance sport, but even more so the mental discipline that an athlete like yourself goes through. The goals that you set for yourself and the countless hours of training, working through the pain and self-doubt, are truly to be admired. Anyone reading this book will find their own motivation and determination to reach their own personal goals. The book answers the questions about “ What if."
